Affiliate Terms

These terms govern participation in the Ads Pantry affiliate program operated by Ads Pantry LLC (“we”, “us”). By applying, you agree to them.
Joining
Anyone may apply. We review applications and may approve or decline them at our discretion. Your referral link only earns once your account is approved.
Your referral code
- Codes must be unique and may be 3–24 letters, numbers or hyphens.
- You may change your code once. After that it is locked.
- When you change it, your previous code keeps crediting you and is never reissued to anyone else.
Attribution
A referral is credited when someone clicks your link (adspantry.com/r/your-code, or any page with ?ref=your-code) and subscribes within 60 days. If they click more than one affiliate's link, the most recent click wins.
Bounties
- You earn a one-time bounty of $100 for each trade (industry) a referred customer subscribes to, earned on their first successful payment.
- Trades a customer adds later, and renewals, don't earn additional bounties.
- Self-referrals, referrals of your own businesses, and fraudulent or incentivized sign-ups don't qualify.
- Referred customers receive 10% off the monthly plan for as long as they stay subscribed, applied automatically at checkout.
- A business that was already an Ads Pantry customer doesn't qualify as a new referral.
Holds, refunds and payouts
- Bounties are held for 30 days before they can be paid.
- If the qualifying payment is fully refunded or disputed, the bounty is cancelled. If it was already paid, the amount is deducted from your future bounties. Partial refunds don't affect your bounty.
- Payouts are made monthly by PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or another agreed method once your available balance reaches $50.
- You're responsible for accurate payout details. When you change them we email you, and we may confirm the change with you before sending money.
- You're an independent contractor, responsible for any taxes on your earnings. We'll ask US affiliates for a W-9 before paying, and send a Form 1099 whenever the IRS requires one.
Promotion
- Disclose that you're paid. Wherever you share your link, say clearly that you earn a commission (for example “I get paid if you sign up”), as the FTC's endorsement rules require.
- Only make claims about Ads Pantry that appear on adspantry.com. Don't promise results, prices or features we don't offer.
- No spam. Any email you send must follow the CAN-SPAM Act (a real way to opt out, your physical address, no misleading subject lines), and texts and calls must follow the TCPA. Don't buy lists or message people who haven't agreed to hear from you.
- Don't bid on “Ads Pantry” in search ads, register look-alike domains or social accounts, or imply you are Ads Pantry.
We may suspend accounts that break these terms and withhold unpaid bounties tied to the violation.
Changes
We may update these terms or end the program with notice. Bounties earned before a change are honored under the terms in effect when they were earned. Questions? Email info@adspantry.com.
