The Ads Pantry agent

Ads that look like your business made them

We read your website, build your brand guide and a local ads strategy, then turn our ad concepts into ads in your colors, fonts and voice. You decide on every one: Run, Fix or Kill.

The agent isn't live yet and isn't part of today's plans. Below is the process it follows, run on one real business. The agent's site reader measured the colors, fonts and claims. The strategy and ads were made by hand, step by step, the way the agent will make them, then loaded into the account we're building.

How it works

From your website to ranked ads

Once the agent is on your plan, it starts on your brand guide as soon as you add your website. Your first tailored ads follow.

  1. Step 1

    Add your website

Give us your site when you sign up. We only read your own pages, and only after you confirm the business is yours.

  2. Step 2

    We read your site

The agent measures your real colors and fonts, reads your services and service area, and notes every claim you can back up.

  3. Step 3

    Brand guide and strategy

It writes your brand guide and a local ads strategy for your trade, your town and this month.

  4. Step 4

    Ads in your brand

Each month our ad concepts are rebuilt in your brand, checked against Meta's rules and your claims, scored and ranked.

  5. Step 5

    Run, Fix or Kill

You decide on every ad. Fix sends it back with your note. Kill swaps in the next idea.

Case study

Oz HVAC, Northwest Arkansas

Oz HVAC is the heating and air division of Oz Home Services in Bentonville, with crews in Rogers and Springdale. We ran the Ads Pantry process on their website and their 18 existing Meta ads in late October, the slow month between AC season and the first freeze.

Font: Archivo, weights 400 to 800, tight tracking. Lime on dark reads at 12.4 to 1. Lime on the light surface reads at 1.45 to 1, so lime text is never set on the light surface.

The ads research for this month

The strategy looks at the trade, the towns and the calendar. Late October in Northwest Arkansas is a shoulder month: AC calls are over and heating calls have not peaked. So it puts planned replacements first, then the Comfort Plan, then fall checks that fill open technician hours.

  • 1. Planned furnace and heat pump replacement
  • 2. Comfort Plan memberships
  • 3. Fall furnace check and tune-up
  • 4. Same-day furnace repair, on Call Now

It also names the moment to switch: the day the forecast first shows 32 degrees in Rogers, pause the "while it's mild" ads and move budget to repair.

Their existing ads, rebuilt in their brand

Same headline, same offer, same photo. The placeholder logo boxes became the real Oz lockup, the colors and type came from the brand guide, and a stock technician wearing another company's patch was removed. Each after keeps the old ad's offer word for word so you can compare. The free inspection and $500 off are not on ozhvac.com, so they wait in Needs a yes until Oz confirms them.

New ads from what we found

Fifty new concepts went through the same checks and three AI review passes, each scoring from a different role: a creative director, an art director and a local services marketer. These are the top of the ranked set. Every one comes in Feed, Stories and Square.

One ad, built for each placement

Each ad comes in three sizes, and each size gets its own layout instead of a crop. Here is "Replace it in November" in all three. On the Stories size, the shaded bands show roughly where Meta lays its own profile name, caption and buttons over the ad, so the words, button and logo stay in the clear middle.

Feed version: Replace it in November. Not in January.

Feed 4:5 1440 x 1800

Facebook and Instagram feeds. Taller than a square, so it takes up more of the phone screen.

Stories version of the same ad, with the areas Meta covers shaded

Stories and Reels 9:16 1080 x 1920

Full screen. The photo can run under Meta's bands. The words, button and logo stay between 14% and 65% of the height, so nothing important sits under the caption or buttons.

Square version of the same ad

Square 1:1 1080 x 1080

For placements that show ads square. The photo and words are rearranged to fit, not cut off.

Ranked Oz HVAC ads in the account with Run, Fix and Kill buttons and a Needs a yes list

Run, Fix or Kill

Ads arrive ranked, with a plain reason for each and a launch tag: launch first, rotate in later, or test small. Each ad shows the exact Ads Manager copy with copy buttons.

  • Run marks it ready. Download all three sizes.
  • Fix sends it back with your note. The new version keeps the old one in history.
  • Kill removes it and fills the slot with the next idea.

The Needs a yes list at the top holds offers that aren't on your website, like the free furnace check from Oz's old ads. Answer once and every ad that depends on it updates.

Master Chef, at launch

Your guardrails, your campaigns

When the agent launches, Master Chef will add an ad builder you can talk to, and guardrails you set yourself. The agent will follow them in every ad it makes.

  • Promotions and deals

Add a deal with its exact terms and dates. It shows up in ads only while it is running, with its conditions stated.

  • More of your voice

Words you always use, words you never use, things to never say, and things every ad must include, like a license number.

  • Business models that design campaigns

Describe how you make money: a maintenance plan, commercial service, emergency calls, a new service line. Press Design a campaign and the builder will make three to five ads around it.

Connect Facebook once. We run the ads.

When the agent launches, you'll click Connect with Facebook, log in, and tick the ad account and Page we may use. Our team will upload the ads you mark Run, set up the campaign, budget and area, and turn them on after checking every placement. Today, Michelin Chef's team places your 4 monthly ads in your own ad accounts.

  • Access to that one ad account and Page only, nothing else in your business.
  • Every ad will start paused until our team checks the preview.
  • Ad spend is billed by Meta to the card on your ad account. It never goes through us.
  • You'll see what each ad is doing, pause any ad yourself, or disconnect at any time.

Built-in checks

What the agent will not do

No invented claims

Every offer, number and promise on an ad must match something on your site or something you confirmed. Made-up reviews, stars, prices and guarantees are blocked.

Meta's rules, checked for

Ads are checked for financing terms, hiring language and personal-attribute wording before you see them, and fake buttons and fake reviews are blocked. Meta still reviews every ad before it runs.

Readable on a phone

Type, buttons and logo stay inside the safe area of Stories and Reels. Colors that don't read on each other are never paired.

Your fonts, licensed

If your site uses a paid font, the ads use the closest open-license match, so nobody breaks a font license.

Questions

Good to know

Can I use it today?
Not yet. The agent isn't live and no customer has it yet. Today's plans deliver ready-to-run ads the way they always have. Email us to join the early access list, and we'll tell you when it comes to your plan.
Is this AI?
Yes. When it launches, an AI agent will read your website, write your brand guide and strategy, and tailor each ad. Our team writes the ad concepts it starts from, and every ad will pass rule checks before you see it. In the Oz HVAC case study, the agent read the site; the strategy and ads were made by hand the same way.
Will it make up offers?
No. An offer only appears in an ad after it is on your website or you confirm it, with its terms. Anything else waits in your Needs a yes list.
What if I don't have a website?
Fill in a short brand form instead: your logo, two or three colors, a font style, three words for your voice, and your services.
Can I change my brand guide?
Yes. Ask for a change in plain words, swap colors or fonts, or rebuild it from your website.
What will Master Chef guardrails do?
When the agent launches, you'll add your current deals with their terms, words you always or never use, and your business models, like a maintenance plan or commercial service. The agent will use them in every ad and can design a full campaign from one.
Who will place the ads?
Today, every plan gets its ads by email, and on Michelin Chef our team places them in your own ad accounts. With the agent, on Sous Chef and Master Chef you'll download your ads and post them yourself. On Michelin Chef you'll connect your Facebook ad account once, and our team will launch and manage your Run ads on it. Ad spend is paid to Meta directly.
