Ads Pantry ("we," "us," or "our") is a digital advertising platform headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, that helps local home service businesses create, deploy, and manage advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, create an account, or use our services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Service.

This policy applies to all users of the Service, including business owners, account administrators, and visitors to our website. It does not apply to the practices of third-party platforms (such as Meta or Google) on which we deploy advertising on your behalf, each of which maintains its own privacy policy.

  • Ad Deployment. To build, publish, and manage advertising campaigns on your behalf across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, including audience targeting, creative assembly, and budget allocation.
  • Lead Delivery. To capture, process, and deliver leads generated by your advertising campaigns through notifications, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Analytics & Reporting. To generate performance reports, provide insights on campaign effectiveness, and surface recommendations for optimization.
  • Billing & Payments. To process subscription charges, issue invoices, manage billing cycles, and handle refunds or disputes through our payment processor, Stripe.
  • Customer Support. To respond to your inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance.
  • Product Improvement. To analyze aggregate usage patterns, identify feature opportunities, fix bugs, and improve the overall quality and reliability of the Service.
  • Communications. To send transactional emails (e.g., billing receipts, lead notifications, account alerts) and, with your consent, marketing communications about new features, tips, and promotions.
  • Security & Compliance. To detect and prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram). We transmit business information, creative assets, targeting parameters, and campaign configurations to Meta's advertising APIs to deploy and manage ads on your behalf.
  • Google Ads. We transmit business information, creative assets, targeting parameters, and campaign configurations to Google's advertising APIs to deploy and manage ads on your behalf.
  • Stripe. We share billing information with Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor, to process subscription payments and manage billing. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
  • Email Delivery Services. We use third-party email service providers to send lead notifications, account alerts, and marketing communications. These providers receive only the information necessary to deliver emails on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using that data for any other purpose.
  • Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.

5. Third-Party Ad Platforms

Ads Pantry deploys advertising campaigns on your behalf through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. When we publish ads to these platforms, certain business and campaign data is transmitted to their systems in accordance with their respective advertising APIs and policies.

These third-party platforms operate independently and maintain their own privacy policies, data collection practices, and terms of service. While we take commercially reasonable steps to configure campaigns in a privacy-conscious manner, we cannot control how Meta or Google collect, use, or disclose data once it is within their systems.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information in accordance with the following practices:

  • Active Accounts. We retain all account data, business information, and campaign data for the duration of your active subscription. This data is necessary to provide the Service and is available to you through your dashboard at any time.
  • Account Closure. Upon account closure or cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within ninety (90) days. During this period, your data may be retained in backups and logs but will not be actively used.
  • Ad Performance Data. Aggregate and anonymized ad performance data (such as industry benchmarks, average click-through rates, and conversion statistics) may be retained indefinitely for analytics, product improvement, and benchmarking purposes. This anonymized data cannot be used to identify you or your business.
  • Legal Obligations. We may retain certain data beyond the periods described above as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

The Service is designed for use by business owners and professionals and is not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18).
